Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions from prospective students.

Programs & Scheduling

Program lengths vary by course. Our CNA program can be completed in as little as 2 weeks. The BLS/CPR certification takes just 1 day. Longer programs like Phlebotomy (6–8 weeks), Clinical Medical Assistant (10–12 weeks), and Medical Billing & Coding (12–16 weeks) take more time due to their scope. Full durations are listed on each program's detail page.

Yes β€” many of our students work full-time or part-time while completing their training. We offer weekday daytime, evening, weekend, and online hybrid options designed specifically for working adults. Contact admissions to discuss which schedule fits your situation best.

Some of our programs offer online or hybrid options where theory and lecture content can be completed remotely. However, clinical programs (CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy, EKG, CCMA) require hands-on lab training and clinical hours that must be completed in person at our facility or partner sites. Medical Billing & Coding is our most online-friendly program.

New cohorts begin on a rolling basis every few weeks depending on program and enrollment. We don't operate on a fixed semester calendar, which means you can start much sooner than at a traditional college. Contact our admissions office for the next available start date for your program of interest.

We understand life happens. If you need to miss a class, contact your instructor as early as possible. Attendance requirements vary by program and are governed by state licensing rules β€” particularly for clinical hours. Our instructors and staff will work with you to make up any missed content where possible.

Admissions & Enrollment

You can apply online through our website β€” it takes just a few minutes. Simply fill out the application form with your program of interest and contact information, and our admissions team will reach out within 1–2 business days to guide you through next steps.

No entrance exam is required to apply. Our admissions process is straightforward β€” we review your application, verify your documents, and have a brief admissions conversation with you to make sure the program is the right fit. There's no academic testing to get in.

A criminal background does not automatically disqualify you from enrollment. However, certain criminal histories may affect your eligibility for state certification exams or clinical placements. We encourage you to speak with our admissions team before enrolling so we can advise you honestly on your options. Each situation is reviewed individually.

If all your documents are in order and a class is starting soon, you could potentially begin within 1–2 weeks of applying. We'll let you know the next available start date when you speak with admissions. The fastest programs to enroll in are BLS/CPR and HHA β€” they have the fewest prerequisite steps.

Costs & Financial Aid

Tuition varies by program. Contact our admissions office directly at (405) 968-5004 or glorynursing@yahoo.com for current tuition rates. We believe in transparency β€” there are no hidden fees, and our team will give you a full cost breakdown before you commit to anything.

Yes. We offer flexible payment options including split payments (50% at enrollment, 50% at course start) and monthly installment plans for longer programs. There is no interest on our in-house payment plans. Contact admissions to set up a plan that fits your budget.

Yes β€” Glory Nursing is an approved training provider through Oklahoma Workforce programs. Eligible students may qualify for full or partial tuition coverage. Our admissions team can help you determine eligibility and navigate the application process. This is one of the most common ways our students fund their training.

Yes. We work with several Oklahoma tribal nations and their education programs to provide training for enrolled members. Contact your tribe's education office or ask our admissions team to help connect you with the right resources.

Certification & State Exams

Absolutely. Our programs include structured exam preparation, practice tests, and review sessions specifically designed around the state and national certification exams. Our instructors know the exams well and prepare you thoroughly before your test date.

If you don't pass on the first attempt, our team is here to help. We'll work with you on additional preparation and review. Most states allow multiple exam attempts within a certain timeframe. We are committed to supporting you until you achieve your certification.

Yes. Our programs lead to nationally recognized certifications. CNA certification is state-regulated (Oklahoma Board of Nursing). Programs like Phlebotomy, EKG, CCMA, and Medical Billing & Coding are certified through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). BLS/CPR certification is issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
