Everything you need to qualify and enroll in a Glory Nursing training program.
The following requirements apply to most Glory Nursing programs. Program-specific requirements are listed below.
All applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of enrollment.
A copy of your diploma or GED certificate is required at enrollment. Foreign diplomas may require a translation.
A valid driver's license, state ID, or passport is required. ID must be current and not expired.
Required for enrollment and state exam registration. Non-citizens must provide valid work authorization documents.
Required for all clinical programs: MMR (2 doses), Varicella (2 doses or titer), Hepatitis B series, and annual influenza vaccine. TB test results must be within the past 12 months.
Required for CNA, CMA, HHA, Phlebotomy, EKG, and CCMA programs. A physician must verify you are physically capable of performing clinical duties.
A criminal background check is required before clinical placement. Certain criminal histories may affect eligibility for state certification exams. Our team can advise you on this before enrollment.
Required for clinical externship placement. Partners may require a 10-panel drug screen prior to placement.
