1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, applying for a program, or enrolling in our Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Enrollment & Payment

• All program fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged.
• Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your card details.
• No Refund Policy: All payments for tuition, fees, and materials are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Course access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Programs have specific eligibility requirements (e.g., minimum age, education, prior certification). It is your responsibility to confirm you meet these requirements before enrolling. Glory Nursing reserves the right to deny or revoke enrollment if requirements are not met.

4. Background Checks

A criminal background check is required before clinical placement. Certain criminal history may disqualify you from completing the program, obtaining certification, or working in healthcare. Glory Nursing does not guarantee employment after program completion.

5. Use of the LMS

• Your login credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared.
• Course content is the intellectual property of Glory Nursing and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
• Attempting to bypass content protection, download restricted materials, or share your account may result in suspension.

6. Lesson Order & Completion

Lessons must be completed in sequential order. Certain content (videos, presentations, documents) must be fully viewed before progressing. Quizzes must be passed at the required score to advance.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements. Certificates do not guarantee state certification or licensure, which requires passing official state competency examinations.

8. Course Cancellations

If Glory Nursing cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the option to reschedule or apply payments toward another program. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally, both online and during any in-person or clinical components. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Glory Nursing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, the LMS, or enrollment in our programs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Grievances

Students with concerns should follow our Grievance Process: first attempt informal resolution, then submit a written grievance to School Administration. A response will be provided within 15 business days, with an appeal option within 5 business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
