At Glory Nursing, we understand that many students are balancing work, family, and other responsibilities, making it difficult to attend a traditional classroom program. That's why we created our Hybrid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Program—to provide a flexible pathway for Certified Nursing Assistants who want to advance their careers without putting their lives on hold. Our hybrid program allows students to complete much of their coursework online while still receiving the hands-on skills training and supervised clinical experience required for success. Students will learn safe medication administration, medication observation and reporting, infection control, documentation, resident safety, medication regulations, common drug classifications, dosage administration, and proper medication handling techniques. We designed this program to make quality education more accessible while maintaining the high standards expected of healthcare professionals. Upon successful completion, graduates will be prepared to take the Oklahoma State CMA Certification Exam and pursue opportunities in long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare settings.
